Hi Jason, read your column today. How would this bill affect the legal carry of firearms carried in the open? I know a concealed carry permit is required to carry a firearm concealed but what about the carrying of a firearm in the open. Could you please settle this question once and for all, do I need a permit to carry a firearm unconcealed?
